Returns & Refunds
We want you to love what you get from Winning Power. If something isn't right, you have 30 days after your order arrives to request a return.

Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (your order number) is required.
- Digital products (PDF guides) are non-refundable once downloaded.

Damaged, defective or wrong items
Inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo, and we will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

How to start a return
Email 30dayfortune@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take extra time to post it.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and place a new order once the return is approved.

Orders placed on TikTok Shop
Orders placed through TikTok Shop follow TikTok Shop's return and refund process, which you can start from the order page in the TikTok app.
