Delivery, refunds and what you actually get

Where do I actually buy these?

Every guide is hosted and delivered by Payhip. Clicking any button here takes you to that guide's Payhip page, where you download it. This site is the shop window; Payhip is the counter.

How do I get the guide after I buy?

Everything is a digital download. Payhip gives you the file immediately after checkout and emails you a copy of the link. Nothing ships and there is nothing to wait for.

What format are they?

PDF. They open on a phone, a tablet, a laptop or a Kindle, and they print without breaking.

The free ones are actually free?

Yes. No email wall, no card required, no trial that renews. You go to the Payhip page and download it.

What if it isn't what I expected?

Email and say so and you'll get your money back. Digital files can't be returned in any meaningful sense, so this runs on trust in both directions — that's the honest version rather than a policy paragraph designed to be hard to read.

Is this medical advice?

No. The wellness guides are general information designed to help you understand a pattern and decide where to start. They are not a diagnosis, not a treatment, and not a substitute for a clinician. If something you're dealing with might be a medical issue, that's a conversation for a doctor.

Is the bill guide financial advice?

No. It's a set of phone scripts and an order of operations for calling your own service providers. It isn't a credit product and it doesn't touch your credit file. What you actually get from a call depends on your provider, your account history, and whether you make the call.

Where does the research come from?

Where a figure is quoted, the source is named on the page it appears. The 2,000-calorie NEAT figure, for example, comes from Levine et al. and is reported by Harvard Health Publishing. Anything not sourced is framed as an approach rather than a fact.
